‘Churchill’ Comes To Covington High School

The one-man drama “Churchill” will be presented by the Alleghany Highlands Arts Council next Monday night, March 19th. The production will take place at Curfman Hall in Covington High School beginning at 7:30 pm. The play stars British born actor and playwright Andrew Edlinas Winston Churchill. The play takes place in a bunker beneath the streets of London in 1955 as Churchill ponders his resignation as prime minister. Also, while in the area, Edlin will hold a lectures and demonstrations for students at Covington and Alleghany High Schools.
